Compassionate, Research-Informed Therapy

I understand that some experiences, including the decision to begin healing, can feel overwhelming. While my approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and clinical expertise, it is always delivered with the gentleness and patience that true healing requires.

License #7387

Outside of the therapy office, you can find me playing rugby, weightlifting, cooking, playing music, or spending quality time with my friends and family. By showing up authentically in my relationships and as myself outside the therapy space, I practice what I preach.

My Focus

In our sessions, I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore whatever you're carrying—be it personal pain or professional challenges. Together, we can work through:

Relational Dynamics
Attachment Rupture and Repair
Complex Trauma & Grief
Mood & Personality
Addiction & Recovery
Schizophrenia/Schizophreniform

How I Work

After working in intensive, long term treatment for the past eleven years, I focus on supporting individuals in finding meaning in their day to day life. Through a relational lens, I support each person in exploring their narrative, processing current and past experiences, and creating sustainable change.
